      There is constant organization changes happening but this is simply due to it being a large company.

      Highly Recommended - ADP Cares and so do It's Employees

      Pros

      Coming off of 12 years with a company that had lost sight of the importance of taking care of employees, ADP is a breath of fresh air! From Day 1 I have been treated as if I really matter. Every single person I have interacted with over the last six months has been friendly and eager to help me settle in. Even on the worst days, everyone I have worked with is still happy to be at work and has a positive outlook. Even now as the COVID-19 crisis is in full force, ADP and execs have made it abundantly clear that each individual is appreciated and gone out of their way to support all employees.

      Cons

      This can't be helped and not really a con, but know the nature of ADP's business is extremely complex. Everyone will be fully open and warn you not to expect to become an expert and feel fully productive in your role for the first several months. There are simply too many aspects of the business to master all at once. This took me a bit of getting used to as I'm accustomed to diving into my work head first, getting my hands dirty and making a difference right away.
