The people you work with will be the best part of the job. They always have community events, pot lucks, ADP gear give aways

Cons

Will continuously give you more work to do and make decisions that make no sense. Will allow sales to lie, cheat, and steal and will not punish them, but if you do anything remotely incorrect you will get punished
