Great industry to learn about. Good benefits and the culture is friendly. They are inclusive and care for their employees. I have a good work life balance and feel autonomy of my schedule.

Cons

Lots of work, lots of information, and not enough resources. ADP is such a diverse provider that it requires lots of continues knowledge, this can be frustrating at times.

Cons
