Pros

Pay to an extent, the work/stress in dealing with client should deserve way better pay

Cons

It is a Call Center, clients CALL in for help=call center Upper management are delusional and do not like calling this company as it is, call center which is misleading Micromanaged corporation who leaves Employees feeling stressed and overwhelmed Cannot take time off towards the end of the year force to work through your lunch Incentives to distract Employees from the truth At the end of the day, its a call center, be honest during the interview and process of training.

Pros

Pretty good benefits-- Employees are nice

Cons

No loyalty at all to employees after 5 years. Will task managers to find reason to terminate you. HR get incentives to terminate tenured employees. Company will probably be purchased in a couple of years.. Many signs of this, do your homework. Please take note of this is you are considering Adp..

Pros

ADP is still the industry leader in human capitol management and the perks are exactly what you would expect from a large company.

Cons

ADP stopped valuing their own employees years ago. They have been shedding people who worked there for years and actually understood how the mainframe worked as well as the ins and outs of payroll, benefits and time. They started new mega-centers and populated them with people who often had no background in the industry. Those people were put through 8 weeks of training (too many classes to absorb at once) and given a mentor to help them through their first setup. The job takes at least a year to become functional but new people were expected to "ramp up" in about three months. With all the layoffs that went with those new-hires the workload is completely unmanageable. A friend who is still there told me she is carrying around 40 clients - the Company's stated quota for that job was 15-18. The demands continue to rise and the concern for the employees and for the clients continues to drop. The Company motto seems to be "Just get it done".
