Pros

The company overall is strong and stable for a long term career however...

Cons

You may not be happy while you are here. Depending on your Dept, You will be overworked, unappreciated and under paid. Work life balance is definitely unbalanced. I thought the grass would be greener here when I left my last employer, boy was I disappointed. Regret leaving something good thinking I was coming to something better...

Pros

- Earning potential is insane - competitive base, great commission structure, bonuses, kickers - 401(k) matched at 6% - ESPP - stock is available at a 5% discount - Decent benefits - Company trips for President's Club (Vienna, Italian cruise, Hawaii, Bahamas) - Great coworkers - Challenging work - Work/life balance was great

Cons

- Calling on a list of prospects that have been targeted by every rep before you - Other departments are overlaid on the same list, which creates internal competition fueled by office politics - Market is saturated with competitors - Implementation rarely goes as planned, and client services team is inexperienced and reluctant to help - Product seems clunky and archaic compared to competition - Cubicle environment is manageable when the team is doing well, but negativity spreads like wildfire - An abundance of metrics makes the role very micromanaged - Leadership rarely has answers to questions, which makes it difficult to become knowledgeable in the product - Budget cutbacks led to the elimination of company-paid outings like recognition lunches, happy hours, and marketing materials for prospects (not to mention thousands of positions) - High turnover makes it difficult to build relationships - New employee onboarding is a disaster - Lack of opportunities for upward mobility. Doing so typically means taking a pay cut. No thanks!
