      Flexible work environment and work from home days

      Cons

      This company goes through a lot of lay offs. I was laid off and I took the severance package. 5 months later I applied for a contract job with ADP an was told that I was not rehire eligible. Also this company will lateral move you to death in order to save a penny.

      Too much favortism

      Pros

      Cafe inside building, individual personal desks, clean environment.

      Cons

      Favoritism like you've never seen, horrid management, hard to find parking, you will only advance here if you are buddies with management, degrees and experience do not matter here. You are either in the club, or you are blackballed.

      Going downhill FAST

      Pros

      Great coworkers and energy. Lovely grounds and location.

      Cons

      Higher level management is ruining the office. Laying off top performers with cop excuses. Empty promises of promotions and career advancement. The job itself is awful and you get yelled at by clients frequently. The only thing that keeps people around is the benefits. Cafeteria has a fruit fly infestation.
