      Pros

      There is potential to qualify for incentive trips and company stock (it takes forever to vest). If you last over a year, you will get many recruiters contacting you for better opportunities.

      Cons

      I made less money my second year after selling MORE due to the change in the Comp plan. You also have to play the political game to win in the Denver office. The people that are actually knowledgeable about sales end up getting “managed” by the folks that aren’t which leads to a tough environment. If you are a “lone wolf” type sales person that can thrive in an environment with unqualified leadership, low morale and a less than optimal culture, you can survive. Otherwise, best to steer clear.

      Pros

      Meeting new people at the company

      Cons

      - No collaborating with management - More value is given to the clients versus employees - Mandatory OT - Bias upward movement - To many unnecessary layoffs - Low pay - Management needs to be retrain on proper procedures and protocols - Micro-Management - To many decisions are being made without employee input
