      The training was great but I have been in tears since I've went live.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive in this area. Corporate attempts to do right by associates. The benefits are great. They have a doctor on in the building at no charge to the associate.

      Cons

      Overzealous managers where it's all about the number and them looking good. I wasn't told when I interviewed or when I was hired that what I would be doing was most like a call center and that out time is monitored down to the minute everyday. I'm an adult and professional. I'm sure I do not need a sitter, nor do I need my manager badgering me constantly over the time spent on the phones. They talk about providing excellent client service but I have to many clients and not enough time in the day. I'm more like tech support than Human Resources.

      Pros

      If you sacrifice a personal life, there's a small chance you'll make a little money. Also, having ADP experience on your resume seems to make other employers way more likely to hire you. You'll definitely develop a thick skin and you'll really love the job you have after you leave ADP.

      Cons

      Absolutely no support from superiors; Public humiliation on a daily basis - it's kind of like a big frat house at all times; Have a question? Good luck getting an answer to it ... ever; Expectations are extremely vague - until you fail to meet them; Actually getting your gas/phone reimbursements returned to you is an extremely complicated process, if you ever get those back at all.

      Pros

      Great place to get a start in sales. If you are looking to ease into sales this is a good starting point

      Cons

      If you are thinking long term and the words uncapped commissions are what you are after, this is not the place. They do offer this perk, but I never saw anyone really making 100+. More like 50-55k
