Best reason to work there the push to improve and drive career path. Current management doesnt dictate growth . Through networking other individuals can obtain their own perception of you

Cons

Lack of communication, , favoritism, politics, non ethical behavior through favoritism . Nothing is in confidential with management , through favoritism information will be disclosed to non management which causes lack of trust. Bias behavior

You have the option to work from home. PTO is great and encouraged. Great co-workers

Cons

low pay, no clear understanding or guidelines on how to get promoted. The company runs very lean so you work long hours during the peak and fiscal year end. Poor communication between departments and many layers of management. It can be extremely hard to get things fixed if you don't know the "right" people. Poor training program but they have been working on that
