In NJ People Jaded and unhappy So many fake reviews by managers and HR, whitewashing Seniority rules - no chance for new people, only old ideas Treat People poorly, abusive and arrogant In New Jersey Really poor benefits - buyer beware of jaded employees

Laid off but still loyal to ADP

Pros

I am one of the many former ADP associates laid off in recent years. Although my applications for re-employment have so far all been unsuccessful, I continue to remain loyal to ADP. I will never give up hoping to return to the company where I spent so many enjoyable years among many other long-time associates committed to ADP's continuing growth and excellence.

Cons

It bothers me to read about so many dissatisfied current associates. To them, I say you should resign your ADP positions already and go work someplace else you find more suitable. I, for one, would gladly return to ADP at minimum wage.

Friendly staff, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick (vacation is earned, sick available on day one), cafeteria on top floor.

Cons

I hated this job so much! To be honest it was the worse I've ever had. The way they operate is so out-dated. Support Specialist have to use far too many systems to perform one task. The systems aren't even up-to-date. Most haven't had an update until at least the 90's (think DOS- codes, black and white screens). Compare the old systems with the type of questions people would call in a kit and I knew I wouldn't stay long. Hands down the dumbest job I've ever had. I left one day and never came back.
