      overall reputable company higher up management seems ok

      Cons

      you are literally fighting for deals with tons of other ADP associates- our biggest issue is our own internal competition clients/customers feel harassed with number of calls salesforce full of old numbers and fake logged activity 401k match doesn't vest until 3rd yr (nobody makes it this long in SBS) micro managing depends on your accounts, banks, cpas (distributed randomly) feels like a cult Kick you while you're down

      Mediocre pay Early Friday departure based on incentives.

      Cons

      Management is the worse I have ever seen in any job I have ever worked for. Absolutely no guidance or help from managers or teammates on anything. Hardcore lack of diversity in adp.
