Pros

Those poor people working with you form a support group. You can work remotely if you have to.

Cons

Leadership gives amazing opportunities to unqualified yes-men. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing from one day to the next. Their leaders throw temper tantrums when things aren't going their way.

Pros

Everything looks good in the being.

Cons

They promote career growth internally or throughout but it depends on your manager determination or goal. The best managers hands are tied that genially promote career growth. Other managers are more focused on their own growth. You have not be yourself and play politics to move up. You will see certain colleague give you one face. Then back stab and report inaccurate information to management. Management will believe there favourites before they ever believe you. They promote innovative but when you point out what is broken, your views as being negative. Talent management specially and Adp does not provide equal opportunity. They tell you Express your feeling its off record then black ball you.
