Pros

Coworkers were great and there is a cafeteria onsite. I can’t think of anything else that’s good to say about this company.

Cons

In client services you are Overworked and totally underpaid for what you have to deal with everyday. It’s very stressful during year end, no work life balance, the HOD system is a complete joke and expecting new hires to learn that system is unacceptable especially since everyone is new and there are very few experienced staff to help. Clients and good employees are leaving ADP in droves and for good reason. Like another review said I too think HR is involved with a lot of the positive reviews on here.

People are amazing! They reallly spoil you Starbucks on site amazing cafe kinda like google or amazon atmosphere

Cons

The pay not on trend with competitors other companies are paying 70k for the work we do
