      Big company with a lot of career paths

      Cons

      too many products to sell. internal competition at company is the wild west. Toxic culture which promotes bad behavior and there was no collaboration.

      Pros

      Gym, Doctor, Cafeteria onsite. Decent Benefits.

      Cons

      Degrading performance reviews with no constructive criticism, set standards, or even goals to attain. No mobility for minorities and no effort made to promote or transfer. Seen many minorities terminated and often seen them overlooked for promotion by less qualified white colleagues. Performance reviews fail to highlight exceptional work, yet will include that time you were late 5 minutes. Had to work until 3AM because IA management failed to do their job and if they actually managed or had a clear goal for the team we would have been able to leave at 8PM. For those with children, forget about trying to use flex hours - they claim it can be done, but will monitor and report you. Tone at top is LGBTQ friendly, but middle management does not take it seriously and often make crude remarks.

      They got rid of employees with tenure for younger and sometimes overseas outsourced
