      I would not recommend working here after what I have seen

      8 hour days Coffee Cafeteria on site Good parking

      Cons

      No one ever explains to you properly what is needed to get the position to turn into a sales rep position or as they call it an Associate Sales District Manager No help when it comes to creating script for cold calliong They do not explain any of the products or services and expect you to call at least 100 to 200 cold calls a day All you do is cold call all day everyday and they rarely take you out on the sales meeting.

      Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      To summarize everything you read in a negative light is true for the sales departments. Politics? Check. Shady and Downtight illegal actions? Check. High stress high pressure sales environment? Check. Turnover was somewhere in the 30-40 percent if not more accounting for voluntary and involuntary at our office. If your a favorite you can do whatever you want, if your not you are always 90 days away from being fired. In closing it’s an ultra high pressure sales job. Just remember that when you take the job and not what they tell you in the interview:
