      Pros

      Opportunity to grow both in one department or transition to another business unit. Also an option to participate in an employee stock purchase plan.

      Cons

      Interdepartmental communication is not good. Another department will use different software that is not used in your department and there is a lack of effort to streamline processes.

      Pros

      Like all jobs the manager impacts the love of your job. There are good bosses and bad bosses. Don't go to HR...they are there to protect the company not you.

      Cons

      Be prepared for layoffs. A group leaves monthly (last day at the end of the month; notification in the first week leaving you about 3 weeks to find another job inside or outside the company). If you find a position inside you will lose the severance. Choose to go out.

      Just an "OK" Place

      Pros

      Company benefits are pretty good. Training is very good as well. It's a place to come and learn, then leave.

      Cons

      Extremely political once you get higher up. Promotions are not based on performance, but who you are friends with.
