      Pros

      If you are self motivated, there is a lot of opportunity to learn. Decent pay and benefits. Available vacation improves over time.

      Cons

      Apathetic workforce, lackadaisical management, archaic technology, no accountability, favoritism, review system makes no sense, you either get promoted yearly or not at all, very cliquish... Work life balance means you get to go home to shower and sleep. There are a lot of opportunities to move around within but the process is so slow that you never know if positions are still available when you apply. Complete lack of integrity and ethics.

      Paycheck Insurance Able to work from home a couple times a week

      Cons

      No upward mobility. Even lateral mobility is virtually non-existent. Training is very minimal. More like figuring it out as you go. The workload is non-stop. Mandatory overtime at times Mandatory weekend time at times At 5 years with the company, given a single share of stock. That has been the only form of a "bonus" during my time here (8 years) No pay increases (merit or otherwise) for a few of the last 8 years. Blackout period when one is not allowed to schedule time off (from Nov through Feb) Must submit a bid for all of your time off a year in advance.

      Pros

      They have the tools and resources to get you off the ground quickly and get you up to speed. They are supporting and help you out when you need it.

      Cons

      Massive company that has trouble touching bases between offices. Poor at promoting people when the promotion is deserved. Lackluster yearly increases.
