Associate District Manager
Pros
You get to make your own schedule and work with some fun people. You can make money but it is much harder than they make it out to be. Most of the Management is really good and can really teach you great things because they are good at what they do. Its a great learning experience job but I would not call it a career for 90% of people.
Cons
The Salt Lake Office is very "clique-y" because you have the VP and his friends and family surrounding him at work. This can make it sort of like a "good-guys" club which could be good or bad depending on your standing. The Pay is not what they tell you - especially not in the Salt Lake Region. You are driving around and making cold calls All-Day long. There is a lot of competitors that are just as good or better and they are much cheaper. There is a Lot of turnaround, especially within the first 1 and even 2 years. They say you can grow within the company but it is Extremely hard and not very common.
