Pros

You get to make your own schedule and work with some fun people. You can make money but it is much harder than they make it out to be. Most of the Management is really good and can really teach you great things because they are good at what they do. Its a great learning experience job but I would not call it a career for 90% of people.

Cons

The Salt Lake Office is very "clique-y" because you have the VP and his friends and family surrounding him at work. This can make it sort of like a "good-guys" club which could be good or bad depending on your standing. The Pay is not what they tell you - especially not in the Salt Lake Region. You are driving around and making cold calls All-Day long. There is a lot of competitors that are just as good or better and they are much cheaper. There is a Lot of turnaround, especially within the first 1 and even 2 years. They say you can grow within the company but it is Extremely hard and not very common.

Pros

Salaries are in tune with the industry and the company has great benefits. Opportunities to further education are there and the company does provides up to $5000.00/year for higher education. Lots of programs to get certifications from: PMP, ITIL, CPP via their education portal. Company discounts from cell phone programs to auto buying programs. Complimentary soft drinks.

Cons

Merit increases are not based on performance. Instead, a fixed percentage is given to everybody regardless of exceptional performance leading to a lot of resentment. There also tends to be favoritism for certain associates among Managers. No work-life balance in certain departments. Reactive rather the proactive for client issues, applications, etc. Although stated, no opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Great peers and general workforce.

Cons

Terrible upper management, unethical. Not opposed to lying and naking things up about there employees. Also, management has no experiences doing the work of the "front line"! Management has no clue, proceed with caution.
