      Pros

      - good compensation but is money worth your sanity???

      Cons

      - no investment in technology in the last 20 years. There's a huge pressure to change this now so employees are over stretched. Management over committed road map and don't want to scale back. - most people have been here for 20 years and don't want to change the way things are. - not the best talent around.
