      A lot of lies

      Pros

      Kind of few, but they offer good pay, good hours, good benefits, raises for certifications.

      Cons

      Overworkd, getting pressure to do OT because of being short staffed. Being lied to by management regarding job duties, then being thrown a 360 to find out what you're really going to be doing. Lack of training, lack of communication from upper management, lack of support while on phones.

      Good pay. Great fellow associates. Amenities in the facility are good.

      Cons

      Cronyism abounds. Advancement based on skill and achievement is rare. The adherence to obedient behavior, rather than effective contribution kills the advancement potential at ADP. Jobs are filled before they are posted and little is done to conceal this fact, there is almost a certain arrogant pride from leadership in this approach.While this may be the case at many corporations in today's business world, there has been some very concerning leadership fills in recent history. The worst I have seen was a borderline harassment situation with tons of scape-goating. This person was eventually let go after almost destroying a division. The company values, which sounds great on paper, do not always apply in reality.

      Pros

      Worked in ADP for 10 years. Previously been able to work remotely easily. The flexibility was great. Fellow co-workers a joy to be around. Used to have company celebrations.

      Cons

      This company USED to value work/life balance. Now they've taken the perks away without giving a reason to be motivated to stay. I used to really love my job.
