      Pros

      You make your own schedule. You get a car and phone allowance. That is pretty much it!

      Cons

      Base pay is horrible! VERY unprofessional environment. Managers were not held responsible for their actions. If you want to get cussed out on a daily basis and on close out day get text messages from your boss until 10pm at night then this is the job for you. Very HIGH turn over, people were quitting every week. Our "bonuses" were not money it was taking everyone to a bar Friday morning, no thanks I would prefer the money! Everyone is extremely young right out of college and think this job is great due to the boss taking you to a bar, if they look around everyone is young for a reason because everyone quits.

      Pros

      You will gain a lot of experience quickly due to the workload there. Well known name so it is to your advantage when you leave.

      Cons

      Not professional, at all. The company as a whole is fine, however the El Paso locations are not recommended to work at. If you can work remote then take that option. Managers and co-workers intentionally create hostile environments to work in with little to no repercussions to deal with. Peers are more concerned with gossip than they are with their role within the company. the training program is not up to date and does not prepare you for your role. You will be trained in products that you will not use, or in areas that you will not encounter on a daily basis.
