      Pros

      The base salary is good and their compensation plan based on performance is fenomenal

      Cons

      High risk loosing clients douring implementation. Assumptions must be very clear which is very challenging. They charge back commisions if client cancells for something a salesman does not have controll

      Pros

      Perks (tuition reimbursement) take advantage of it. Benefits are ok, not the best. For those who are new to the corporate world, not a bad resume builder. In most cases it's an an added advantage for seasoned vets in the benefit world etc.

      Cons

      ADP outsources jobs to India/Philippines, eliminating jobs and tenure employees here in the U.S. They lose a lot of talent due to the way they operate internally. Favoritism unfortunately exist at ADP, not hard to see or figure out. This review can go on and on, however, limited to minimum amount of words.

      Pros

      Great place to learn fundamentals. There are some good people but unfortunately over the last 5 years there has been a shift and corruption on many levels is taking place.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment is rampant at ADP. When women finally speak up the investigations are quickly dismissed. I saw and experienced with my own eyes. I followed the protocol to report it and help others report what happened to them but nothing was done. The attorneys even made us feel like we were the ones that have done something wrong. I loved this company. They were my home and family but it's a toxic place to work now. I know several men and women that have left but there are so many more that feel stuck.
