Under staffing during the busy season, lack of training for new employees. Managers often talk down employees and make them feel undervalued and stupid.

Pros

Benefits are probably comparable for large companies but good for smaller companies. Seniority requirements for vacation time were recently decreased. Lots of good people at ADP and high numbers with lots of seniority. Culture and diversity are valued.

Cons

Work/Life Balance is a serious ongoing issue that only worsens with time. There is always far more work than one can do. Managers expect salaried associates to put in long hours. Salaried associates are not paid for on-call. Like most places, some of the same processes remain broken for years. Anyone interested in career advancement will be disappointed in this behemoth.

Good benefits. If you can manage yourself then your golden. Opportunity for upward mobility for management or different BU's

Cons

Trackers on trackers, literally have a tracker for all the trackers! At times management will micromanage the office and yourself, but in reality if you can sell its counter productive. Turnover for first year Associate District Manager is at N all time high, upward of 70% in first year in some offices.
