      Pros

      Remote, good pepole, minumal management, good benefits. It's a great place to work if you come from a competitor. It is not so great if you try to work your way up the professional ladder from within.

      Cons

      Hard to get rasies above your original compensation package. Huge differences in pay scale for the same job. If you want to make more money, you have to leave and go to a competitor.

      Benefits were above average, pay was above average.

      Cons

      Management was uncaring and invisible in times of need. A ton of stress on your shoulders everyday, then threats that you needed to do more than what you were exhausted doing.
