      Pros

      everyone is nice and the benefits looked great.

      Cons

      The process took a little over 2 months. I had 3 phone screens and 2 F2F interviews. I was told that the manager is on vacation & will get back to me upon her arrival back. They never did, I do not know what happened. I find it unprofessional, if a candidate is asking what is the status to ignore them. If they went on to someone else, tell us don't leave us in the dark.

      Pros

      Room for advancement must be willing to relocate which is very common in most large companies. Great company for building a sales resume. Very detail oriented with meetings held twice a week to review and status updates.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals, Not understanding market place trends, Over staffing to boost managers resume knowing that only 1 DM would be needed but placing 3 under there supervision. Lack of communication between departments, Lost many sales because of this.

      Pros

      You will work with very smart people who are specialists in their areas. A very stable company with lots of opportunities to learn and grow if have the right boss.

      Cons

      Innovation is an alien concept to ADP. They never had to compete for Business. Too many antiquated processes and no investment in people or technology. The management has just been milking the cash cow but never bothered to invest in its people.
