Unsinkable Slow Boat To Somewhere

Pros

Very stable employment if you don't violate HR rules you can stay for years. Good people to work with meaning they are clean, kind, and considerate. There have been some really great days to work at ADP.

Cons

Silos everywhere that don't let you see much of the company outside your office. If you want any variance in your career with ADP after you are hired, be prepared to move somewhere other than this office.

Pros

Designated office space to work.

Cons

No grasp on work life balance. Expectation is 100% accuracy. No room for error. AT ALL!

Pros

Solid, company, good benefits, hours are reasonable, although certain times of year, expectations can be overwhelming. Decent pay. Great vacation., new office building.

Cons

Changes coming, separating a huge portion of the company leaving employees feeling like they have no clue what is going to happen in the future with pay, benefits, etc. Communication is frequent, but doesn't feel honest. Fear among employees is a huge issue. Holidays are frequently ruined due to "month end, mid year and year end" committments.
