      - Looks GREAT on a resume

      Cons

      - Pay is awful. OTE you still W2 under $60k - Management are good at sales.. not management - Some territories/banks/cpas have great opportunity.. Some don't. You're judged on your production either way. - Turnover was 88% in Dallas, Tx (2012) - Force you to comply with age-old sales processes whether they are still viable or not - Micro-management - Local training is a joke

      - Looks impressive on a resume

      Cons

      - they'll sell you "its all about the client" when sales numbers and sales roll call is all that matters - hard to work with clients the way they want you to if you have integrity - most of the division is overworked and underpaid - benefits get more expensive while shrinking - Sales, and only Sales, gets incentives and bonuses - any suggestions are met with "you should just be happy you have a job"
