      Pros

      Work software is easy to learn with fairly extensive training.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they rely too heavily on being one of the first and oldest HRIS companies instead of adapting to current industry standards. Lost a lot of good employees due to not adapting and being competitive with others while simultaneously asking more and more from their employees with no additional incentives.

      Pros

      Still #1 in the market. Employees, if they stay, have looked long past existing problems

      Cons

      Discourage movement inbetween departments. Training is very poor and/or not even written for the department it supports. Leaders can not even acknowledge or identify what type of department they run.

      the company does provide good benefits

      Cons

      It is a boiler room, you'll get a territory where 25 other sales reps tried to sell the limited number of companies located within you assigned zip codes. Business owners never pick up the phone because the are tiered of been pestered by ADP sellers
