The cons strongly outweigh the pros for this company overall. I have been in multiple business units, and eventually get the same negative feeling about my role. Waking up to go to work is harder and harder each day because I know it is going to be just exhausting. If you are actually good at your job, you get the reward of doing everyone else’s work. Internal teams are never held accountable when they do not do their jobs, and then you have to be the punching bag of the client. Since Covid, clients have truly gotten meaner and management does not do enough to protect associates. Upper management only cares about numbers. You work hard consistently, and if you don’t get a survey they do not recognize any of the work that you do. On top of that, any survey that’s not a 9 or 10 hurts you and keeps you from getting a promotion. It is so stressful having to always worry about that. Metrics are pushed so hard it’s easier to just close out a case and meet your metrics even when the client issue is not resolved. Because again, senior management only cares about metrics and numbers. Being here I think has taken years off of my life the amount of stress it causes. There are other companies with inclusive values who can also treat employees well. This is not one of them.
