Do not recommend for men to work at the Las Vegas office. There was a female co-worker I hung out with outside of work and would have casual conversations with during work. She even met my girlfriend and I assumed that we were friends. One day during a lunch break at the office, we were having a conversation and based off of the context of the conversation, I asked her if she ever wanted to start a family. Later that day I was pulled into my VP’s office and was given a formal sexual harassment violation warning. I was told, “You just finished your sexual harassment compliance training but there are some things we need to review. As a guy, there are certain questions you can’t be asking women in the workplace.” Lesson learned, keep all women at arms length especially in the sales industry. This individual is currently interviewing for one of the open manager positions so that is why I recommend for men in particular to not apply to work that this office. Not worth working in a hostile work environment.
