Good pay, no micromanagement. The associates are wonderful and my manager is amazing

Cons

Good pay but not great pay. Volume is insane and process is broken. It takes a lot of work and many people to fix a simple issue.

Good entry level positions to start.

Cons

Company is making it increasingly difficult to advance in SBS. Seems like they prefer less tenured reps to pay less and keep filtering them in. Management has taken a turn for the worse in years past as well. Micromanaged to childish levels as well.
