Ability to make good money

Cons

U are going to be asked to fill your day with cold calls. Managers also want u to use aggressive sales tactics - ‘don’t let them off the phone until they sign’ The territories are sooo over saturated with sales reps. U will get ‘your own’ territory, expect 5 other reps have the same territory lol It’s impossible to find prospects to call that havent been harassed by sales calls already
