Pros

Good coworkers, pay is ok ( not good for the amount of work)

Cons

**Don’t be lied to** Training is horrible, expectations are not realistic, overworked. Management doesn’t listen when asking for assistance or clarification of your day to day projects. Don’t believe those 4 or 5 star ratings, it’s all HR written. Never seen such a high turnover like there’s at ADP. Terrible experience with this employer.

Pros

You get to learn a lot in this role, a lot of jobs utilize ADP platforms and can be beneficial for your resume

Cons

Huge case load, micromanaging, a lot to learn since you deal with state and federal tax issues and laws, no ownership from previous individuals who have assisted on an issue, no real perks for employees compared to other big companies, and not many positions to move up in.

Pros

It's looks nice on your resume.... It's a very well known company with a good rep (at least for now, I am a firm believer the way you treat your employees with eventually catch up to you no matter how rich your company is). Their training, at least when I went through it, was very good and thorough.

Cons

If you are over the age of 23, you probably aren't going anywhere in this company. The only thing that is important to higher ups are the numbers on a piece of paper. If your stats look pretty, they don't care how you got there even if you have to screw over other people you work with. Your work ethic isn't important, only how you make them look from the outside. I watched many of my fellow hard working employees breakdown and cry in the middle of the room, including myself. The only bright side of going to 100% at home when Covid hit was that no one could see me having a breakdown from the stress on a daily basis. And yes, I did speak with my manager (and had a breakdown while having the conversation) and the only thing that was done was I had a couple of clients removed only to be immediately replaced with other clients so absolutely nothing changed. Don't fall for the pretty picture they show you when you first get there. If you chose to take this beast on be prepared to have more work than is humanly possible to complete with the bare minimum of backup from management to help you out.
