Expect constant change if you are in Health and Welfare and a lot of layoffs.

Pros

Company understands that training is necessary to be successful. Teams and co-workers are amazing. Trying to be innovative in systems development. Lower level management are good to work with and seem to care for the most part in the H&W side of the business.

Cons

Senior leadership are disconnected to work in the "trenches". There is always a moving target on go forward strategies, no one strategy is left in place long enough to get traction before it is changed. There is fear from the constant layoffs when I was there, in Health and Welfare they had at least two layoffs a year for many years. Benefits are too expensive.

Pros

Everyone was very nice and helpful great benefits nice atmosphere. I liked ever about it except the work itself.

Cons

Every one was very nice and helpful a lot of benefits I liked ever about it except the work itself. After training for 10 weeks and working 6 months I still needed help about 90% of the time and wasn’t very productive. They say learning curve is 18 month I think it’s more 3years or more very complex and mind you I have 20years of customer service and got Business Administration Degree with a 4.0 but I still founded it way too complicated which lead to a lot of stress and anxiety I couldn’t wait around 2 or 3 more years “ learning curve” I have my health to consider.
