Pros

No positives that I can think of at this place.

Cons

This is one of the most toxic work environments I have ever experienced. The sales organizations are ran by masculine females that simply want you to bow down to the master and have zero opinion. Especially if you are a male. The guy that hired me drowned for the entire year because his boss (female) wanted the 10 year reps removed from the organization. He pushed them all out, hired a bunch of new people externally because nobody internally wanted to go to this department, and then he got pressure from every angle. Too much turnover, not hitting sales targets, and the list goes on and on. The upper leadership pushed him to a demotion and eventually he quit at ADP. Then they promoted up their female bestie and shifted the teams around. Gave her heavy hitter females that sit back and get inbound leads (CPA Centric) and/or manage a sales territory where nobody else is able to work. So in the GA market everyone is sprinkled around north GA. I might have one zip code say 30004 under 50 employees and someone else might have 30004 over 50 employees. Meanwhile the ladies have all the best areas with zero overlap in territories. My point is that there is zero sales structure here. The training is garbage and the turnover is insane. We have four departments in one area and they never hire anyone up internally, because nobody in the other departments want to work in CS, because of how bad the culture is. In the 18 months I have spent here I saw 2 females move on to bigger and better opportunities externally and I saw 10 males get pushed out or fired. HR is a complete waste of time to speak with and side strictly with your leadership. They say the conversations you are having are private, but then you get word through the grapevine that the management are talking about it. Please fellas stay away from this place. It’s extremely toxic and nothing good will come from working here. They have zero sales process and will use everything you against you. For example: Boss I’ve been really drilling into my prospecting efforts. Boss: Great why aren’t you working more of your partners. Next day: Boss I’m crushing it with my partners. Them: Great why aren’t you focusing on more of your self generating efforts. One male came out of a one on one completely flustered with the interaction he had with the manager. The other manager said “Don’t take it personally, she always needs at least one male to pick on.” These people are beaten pitbulls with major daddy issues and all they want to do is take it out on all of the men in the office. Avoid place place at all cost.
