Cons

if you and working on the RUN platform its a bit better which say alot because they are trash! but during year end you get alot of OT which is needed if you want a decent paycheck. if you can get a role that is not tied to a phone... even better. they do have their favorites. if they like you they put you in a program called ELP (emerging leaders) and it pretty much guarantees you a leadership role. there are people that deserve to be promoted and have done more who continue to apply for leadership jobs and doesnt get it. if you are doing anything with the WFN platform.... its even worse. training is a joke and they know it. you end up working off the clock for free alot of times just to catch up on the work you have. managers have no idea what you do all day because they havent been in your role and you, like most other business units there have no idea what they do all day besides approve time cards. Sales (DMs) is chasing the money to make the business go so they are naturally catered to. especially in small businesses/RUN platform. Its def call center so be prepared to be tied to the phones and an imp specialist. the bigger the business, the less you are tied to it. problem is... noone knows what they are doing in those business units. that is the one think small business got right. they have a strong foundation of how to do the job and reach out to other offices. the larger businesses with Workforce Now (WFN) there is no foundation... you can ask 5 people a question and get 5 answers, its the blind leading the blind. i didn't know anyone who wasnt looking for somewhere else to be in HRO. the leadership needs to be better because they are complete trash and when they dont understand something they just micromanage you. noone even feels safe to speak there mind. as far as growth goes... not even talked about, you have meeting with your manager to talk about your clients. unlike small businesses/RUN, you have no associates that you can see who they developed. anyone who has moved up had to leave to get developed. now with Covid, alot of people were just laid off and people are still working off the close to catch up on work. If you get a job here and you dont turn out to be a favorite by leaders where they are talking about growth for you... start looking elsewhere.
