Pros

You'll find a lot of Great People to work along side of and build strong long lasting working relationships with.

Cons

In regards to the Pros comment, always keep in mind that ADP is just a huge Corporation....They're in it to make money and to be the Best they can be while trying to reach the Top of the Class. Even if it means to cut personnel in many cases, and letting go a lot of their work forces to reduce costs. I've seen a couple major Reductions in Force ADP had done through my tenure. As well, I've seen them putting out an Early Retirement Plan a few years back.....hmmmm I was told by HR that I was being terminated due to my lack of Skill-Sets, Knowledge and Performance.....after 19 years? I then provided some metrics between my Team-Mates and I for working performance over the years and my numbers were outstanding in measure to my other team-mates. Also I did weekly Check-Ins with Management and there was only positive comments and kudos coming from my Director. Shame on you ADP!! My Termination was bogus

Pros

The people I met were the best part

Cons

When I first started my job it was good but as soon as we changed manager everything went downhill. Micro managing was really bad, the manager had favoritism towards other and barely new what he was doing half the time. Upper management really didn’t care about their employees. Never really got a chance to advance or get a better pay. It was horrible to work in ITC, especially retirement services! Avoid that department at all cost!
