Going in, I loved this company. I loved everything about it, the culture, the environment, and the people outside my team. Basic Benefits.... 401k, matching, yata yata... Honestly won't recommend you to work there. sorry, not sorry. The day I quit, I felt 200 lbs fall off my shoulders.

Cons

No room for growth. You get treated like monkeys. You don't get valued as person.

Pros

- The People. (Hold that thought) There's some nice people working here. Lots of personalities, different walks of life. Diversity is in no shortage. If you look for them, you'll find some of the best. -Cafe is pretty good, breakfast is never below good. The kitchen staff is wonderful. -Location, conveniently near the interstate and with lots of restaurants nearby. -on-site doctor and gym.

Cons

-The People. (I told you to hold that thought) While there are some INCREDIBLE people working here, some business units are cliquey and alienating. Remember how I said diversity? Never said inclusion, did I? Culture is based on great ideas but lacks execution to make it reality. -No barriers. Being flexible is good, but not having clearly defined responsibilities makes for a lot of confusion. -The toilets flush while I'm sitting. Let me decide when I'm finished unless it's supposed to be the world's most unpredictable bidet.
