The only Pro would be that lasting here for one shows that I can survive anything!

Cons

1. toxic culture 2. misleading interview process. Sell you on the Asst DM position only to pay you min wage to start and cold call for three to 5 weeks. Many don't last a week. 3. Junior managers that do not know how to manage or help their sales team succeed, would rather intimated them and embarrass them. Don't try to seek help. 4.Friday roll call...you must go to Pleasanton every Friday (no you can not call in) and tell the team how many new appts you have for the week and how many for next week...they do not care about anything else!! YOU ARE ALWAYS HUNTING!! You never get to build a relationship with an account...one and done! 5. Most territories are so small and their method is so out dated you will never be successful, some get lucky 6. The highest turnover in sales people in a company I have ever seen or heard of!! 7. This is the most toxic sales culture they rule by beating down their sales people there is NEVER words of encouragement by some managers!!

Pros

The people I work with are by far the best part of ADP. I work on a close knit team where collaboration and knowledge sharing occurs daily. I can't speak for the whole management team, but my manager is amazing. She communicates with me daily, provides me with stretch assignments to grow my knowledge and skills, and provides me with the support I need to be successful in my role.

Cons

You MUST be an adaptable person to work at ADP. Since I have been there the last 2 years, everything about my day-to-day has changed. New systems, processes, seating arrangements, work schedules, and new service models. I feel there is too much change going on which can make things chaotic at time. The year-end busy season is extremely stressful with increased work loads and mandatory overtime requirements.
