Pros

People are hard working, Company has solid reputation. Benefits are good. Stock is consistently good.

Cons

Unless you work in one of their designated Hubs there is no more opportunity for advancement. They are eliminating work from home. Changing their operational strategy and no longer value tenured associates. Environment is no longer trusting and they have turned over at least 1/3 - 1/2 of their tenured associates. Too many reductions in staff; multiple times a year. ADP used to be known for their job security but that is no longer true. Pay is average compared to competition. Annual raises are generally 3% or less.

Work-life balance is ok here

Cons

Very high turnover rate both voluntary and invaluntory, managers don't really care about the well-being and career development of associates. The brand slogan claimed a more human resource, but actually this company is not at all human in many senses. Stay away from it as much as you can!
