Pros

Nice facility, benefits, Waterside district

Cons

Senior leadership is not transparent, you are labeled (branding) I started off thinking this would be a great place to work but that quickly changed. There is no training in ANY departments but you are expected to learn your role and be successful. If not, you will be fired with no regret. All the other locations were closed and everything came to Norfolk but training sucks. You spend your day trying to find answers. Managers are not given the help they need to help their teams so they too are stressed and confused. The roles changes and more responsibilities were placed on employees and we were told to just accept it. I had to work at home EVERY day after work to try to catchup so there is no worklife balance. ADP asks new people to take these surveys when they first start, when its 'happy times' but once we go through the useless training, we see the real picture. I use to recommend people to ADP but I would not recommend anyone going to ADP because everyone keeps leaving so everyone continues to be new so who are the resources? I was warned from a friend in another state that the company was chaotic. I should have listened. My friend still there has been there for 6 months and is leaving soon. All my friends that left said it was the vest decision and I agree. If you really want to know about the company, don't read the reviews, ask an employee.

Pros

Great facilities (gym, cafeteria, starbucks, doctors office, etc). The ability to work from home in some instances.

Cons

Simply put, employees are not a valuable asset at ADP. Tenured employees are being forced into early retirement, and the rest of the company is constantly under threat of sweeping layoffs. Do not expect good work/life balance at ADP. Our team works well past midnight regularly. The in-house nursing practitioner mentioned that she had never seen such massive amounts of stress induced anxiety and depression in her career. So take that for what you will.

Pros

Hired at ADP downtown tempe location as Implmentation specialist. Nice location, great new building, laptop so you can work from home if needed, pay is good

Cons

No real training, thrown in with little to no knowledge of system or process, no support, constantly being overloaded, ridiculous expectations set by customers (go live should be 4 weeks at minimum but customer needs it in 1 week), HAVE to work extra to meet deadlines, management upset about OT, management getting rid of roles to “streamline” which means more work for same amount of pay but you are now doing your own work plus 2 other processes
