Continuous Layoffs=bleak future

Pros

PTO is great. WFH work from home flexibility and...and...well that’s it.

Cons

Layoffs are consistent with little to no back filling. Positions being transitioned to India on a regular basis or to contractors (also in India). The reshuffling of clients prevents building and maintaining strong relationships that are needed in this business. Management alignment makes no sense! We’ve got payroll managers over benefits, they have no knowledge or ability to assist as needed. Don’t have a clue what their benefits reps do to fairly assess them annually or provide the support needed.

No wiggle room when it comes to pay, not willing to negotiate, poor training, too few resources for new hires, waiting period to transfer or be promoted is too long
