      Some good people to work with

      The opportunity for growth was stale. There was a lot of favoritism and no plan for people who came to the organization with a degree into client services as a stepping stone to a career with the company. Middle managers had worked their way up and were not looking for growth opportunities which then create a stagnant atmosphere for those who show promise.

      The work pressure is not much here and they offer sufficient number of leaves.chnology wise they work on wide variety of platforms and offers good opportunity to people.

      They think that their policies are helping the employees there but actually it doesnt.
