Name recognition (although, they do have a really bad reputation for customer service in many divisions). National resources

Cons

Very poor local and regional sales management that have a churn and burn attitiude toward anyone in sales positions. Good ol' "boys" network. Be wary of management members that "eat their young" and will mow you down for a few dollars in sales revenue. If you like telemarketing and getting "good" leads for your sales manager to take over and botch your sales process this is the place for you.

Pros

Decent benefits, incoming salary for inside sales is fair to low but outside can make great money. Outside Sales is tough if you dont have adequate experiece and somewhat cut throat. Have seen a lot of reps come and go. Inside Sales great learning grounds for anyone looking to break into ADP, but plan to give it a few years there to learn the ropes. Nice incentives to keep Sales Motivated.

Cons

Your territory has a lot to do with how people do. Lots of turnover in first few years in role, after that people tend to stay. Hard to move from inside to outside. Ouside has

you are not an associate in a bunch with other associates that your working for but , you are valued as you are as an individual :)

I always use to thing during my colleges days how i wish i work for ADP , and see how God fulfills your wish I AM HERE ADP ... :)
