      Pros

      Offers good salary package HMO covers a total of 4 dependents (2 free and 2 personally shouldered by employee) 15 VLs and 15 SLs (1.25 per month) both convertible to cash Management are as supportive and approachable Support teams are also easy to deal with

      Cons

      With great power comes great responsibility. Yes they do offer a nice salary package but that is equal to the workload you will be having. That is why they hire tenured (as in tenured) employees. If you have a knack of analyzing, and interested in working on US or Canada Payroll or HR processes, this is for you. Working in Makati can be either a great experience or a bad one depending on your travel (traffic and proximity) situation.

      1. Weekend releases 2. Production Support tickets along with the sprint activities. It's better to have the support team 3. No onsite oppurtunites 4. No career progressions are encouraged if you want to move to other projects
