      Pros

      Great benefits! ADP has constant ongoing training which is great... But things change every 2-3 months. You're opinion is listened to. Great team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Worst management I've ever worked for. Incompetance isnt the issue, selfishness for own person gain and lack of caring for employees is. Manager is always late for meetings and leaves before close of business. Only sell to clients once.. Then it's over and done. If there is a problem with an account, which there ALWAYS is, you must rely on the worst customer service to assist the client and hope they fix it. My advice, look up company customer reviews prior to working here. Highest turn over I've ever seen.

      Pros

      Great incentives, top down support, great benefits, team structure, promotional opportunity, recognition, extensive training programs - both online and corporate training at the headquarters.

      Cons

      very high stress, high turn over rate, opportunity only given to tenured reps, unpersonalized quota, unethical, commission structure, lack of resources available to the sales associates, competing against coworkers
