Pros

Work with people your age, they do host fun events sometimes.

Cons

I don’t know where to start. The most toxic leadership I have ever seen. I had to check how old I was sometimes because they treat you like you are 5 years old. Tracked on every single thing you do and have your manager breathe down your neck the whole time. Not to mention the other business units will suck your deals dry for their gain. Not paid enough for the amount of work we have to do to get each deal. Inside sales will be all over your territory, and have to split them in because they opened a bogus opportunity on your account. Get in, do your time, and move onto something else that will respect your worth .

Pros

Get the experience and RUN!

Cons

ADP used to be desired. Now, no so much. Since Maria has taken over, employee experience is no longer a priority—only keeping stakeholders happy. ADP gloats automation, but it’s the complete opposite. They outsourced across the pond for the 4th time and it’s not working. If only clients knew they are paying premium for cheap labor that eventually has to be fixed by a stateside associate. Teams are stretched, tired of being monitored, and aren’t allowed the time for case resolution. The comp y has went DOWN!

Pros

The employees support each other

Cons

Constantly overworking employees by adding on additional duties on a monthly basis with no additional compensation. The goal post constantly moves so they don’t have to promote people. The higher ups only care about lining their own pockets not about the well being of the employees who work hard for them. They don’t “ask” you to stay late they advise you that your hours are being extended and they have mandatory overtime for 3 months out of the year.
