      Working with people all over the world.

      Cons

      Way too many organizational changes, changes in management, changes in the structure, you name it. Way too many changes too often. They don’t give enough time for a change to even work before it’s changed to something new. Very frustrating and distracting. The open environment is horrible and most people just work from home.
