      Interdisciplinary projects make for well-rounded teams composed of diverse backgrounds

      Cons

      Has become too large for its own good after the recent merger with URS; loss of culture, disorganized file systems, etc.

      Pros

      Colleagues and immediate managers are some of the best. Alternative work schedule is great if ever get the day off.

      Cons

      IT service is laughable. Same old boring corporate talk from an ever-changing roster of district/business/department/geography executives. The company is so large it's small to its employees. It's presented as an organization in which you can grow and travel but inter-department cooperation is non existent and job postings must be bid online like everyone else.

      Pros

      Good Medical at a lower rate than a previous company.

      Cons

      AECOM severely underbid the previous IT contract company and as a result are trying to support an organization going through an expansion with 1/3 less people. After only 4 months many people are bailing out of the contract. Excessive hours with no overtime or compensated time and it is the service persons fault that all of the work cannot get done on time.
