Pros

Flexible schedule. Benefits are average although AECOM's contribution continues to be reduced each year.

Cons

Organization is designed to pit business units against one another which fosters a culture of mistrust, misrepresentations, and undercutting. The vision of integrated design build was never supported, each business unit is looking out for its' own interest with no synergies ever realized. Company is run by lawyers and accountants with very limited knowledge of design engineering and even less understanding of construction. Original growth strategy was through acquisitions; however, they never understood the businesses they acquired or attempted to fully integrated. Current strategy is to mindlessly hack up the company without fully understanding the ramifications.
